Khaled Altabtbaei, PhD

Dr Altabtbaei has received his periodontal certificate and PhD in oral biology from The Ohio State University in 2019. He is currently working as an assistant professor at the School of Dentistry at the University of Alberta, where he runs his own lab that focuses on oral microbiology and systemic diseases. Since COVID-19, he, along with a multidisciplinary team from occupational medicine have focused their research on dental IPC.
