Accelerating Whole-Person Integrated Care (On-Demand)

This session will showcase the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) national efforts to promote medical-dental integration. The speaker will outline recent collaborations with national partners and illustrate examples of MDI strategies that have or can be applied at the micro, medium, and macro levels. The speaker will also discuss strategies designed to enhance broad participation across multiple sectors.
