This course will take a deep dive into the specific criteria and expectations that Dental Board Inspectors focus on during inspections. We will explore the essential health and safety regulations mandated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for Dental Settings. Attendees will be equipped with the knowledge necessary to ensure their dental setting aligns with the workflow processes required by the CDC and OSHA. There will be special focus on the possible legal implications of specific Dental Board citations and sanctions and a framework to formulate an inspection readiness plan. At the end of this course, attendees will have the strategies necessary to navigate a Dental Board inspection successfully.
