Communicating Patient Safety to Build Trust and Transparency

As you take steps to provide safe dental care, are you prioritizing clear communication of your safety protocols to patients from their perspective? In this course, learn how proactively sharing these safety measures with every patient builds trust, confidence, and a strong culture of safety. Patients expect and deserve safe dental care. Four summary charts present talking points for safety-centered conversations with patients, from pre-appointment messaging through treatment. A workplace scenario offers a springboard for team discussion. Engage dental team members at team meetings with a video quiz, discussion guide, and key takeaways, including references from trusted sources.
