Stewardship Spotlight: Kansas Department of Health and Environmental Science and Other National and Regional Toolkits (On-Demand)

During this session, participants will review US based antibiotic stewardship toolkits. An innovative state toolkit will be spotlighted and information on several other curated toolkits shared to demonstrate strategies to reduce unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions, implement guidelines for antibiotic use, and educate staff and patients.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

1. Describe relevant resources embedded in other selected high-quality dental antibiotic stewardship toolkits around the country.
2. Illustrate the resources developed and available within the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) dental stewardship toolkit
