Helene is the Dental Director for the NEAETC and is retired from the Boston Public Health Commission where she created the first oral health access program for People with HIV. She is a lifetime member of OSAP and has contributed to OSAP publications and conferences. She is the VP of HIVDENT - the Dental Alliance on AIDS Care.
