Monica WL Monroe is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Adjunct Professor with over 35 years of experience in the dental field. A member of the ADHA and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), she is dedicated to promoting best practices in occupational health and safety. Having personally witnessed the effects of Noise-induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), she is a passionate advocate for raising awareness, teaching best practices, and providing practical, sustainable solutions to ensure the long-term health and well-being of all dental professionals
